Organizational improvement
Many actions are directed to study and design solutions for improving organizational.
Among the actions are cited the most interesting:
• The organizational climate surveys conducted by administering questionnaires to staff (University of Parma, Pavia, Ca 'Foscari of Venice,
Arno River Basin Authority, ISTAT, INE, Ministry of Development Economic, Ministry of Heritage and Culture);
• The project Gendera (Gender Debate in the European Research Area) which ENEA has participated in the CPO in collaboration with APRE (Italian Agency
for the Promotion of European Research) project which aimed to promote gender balance in science. We identified more than 60 examples of good practices in Europe and was published a text line driving;
