The Association of Hungarian Women in Science has published an invitation to attend the international conference:
Women in Industrial Research and Engineering
which will take place in Budapest on Wednesday, 25th April 2012.
The conference aims to showcase the situation of women in companies committed to research, development and innovation. Moreover, it attempts to show the importance of gender perpective in industrial R&D. The conference gives also place to companies to present their measures introduced to achieve gender equality.
The conference will also be the kick-off event to the first ever Hungarian Girls' Day. The initiative aims to open up new career possibilities for young girls in the field of science and engineering.
Participation at the conference is free of charge. Spaces at the conference are limited.
